The end of an excellent season but what about the next one?

Well a thrilling season with a some what disappointing end. After finishing the season strong with a 4-0 win against Stockport we faced Wrexham in the playoffs. We lost both legs but the most crushing disappointment was they were two disastrous performances against those of the official season. Anyway last season is an old memory so lets focus on next season. With 12 players already under contract including new signing James dance (pictured below) our team is looking strong. This is one of the best teams we have had since promotion in the year 2000.

As I am sure burr is lining up several transfer targets for the summer whilst trying to keep several players from leaving. As I am sure you have heard midfielder James Vincent has left for inverness in the Scottish premier league and may be playing in Europe in two seasons. Unfortunately we may not receive compensation under the bosman ruling as it is across 'foreign' borders. Also winger Marvin Johnson is undecided on his future and is linked with a move to Crewe Alexander.
